If you've been perusing our Sunday giving and comparing it to our budget, you may be wondering how we make it around here.  In a word - faith.  The faith that God has us in His hand and will provide for us through whatever means He sees fit. So far, He's been more than generous in providing for our needs and many of our wants. 

As a church, our first financial goal is to reach an average of $3000/week in giving. This would cover all of our facility and ministry costs excluding staff. Our prayer is that through more generous giving of the folks who already call MERCYhouse home as well as new ones who will be coming in the near future, we will soon meet and exceed this goal. 

We are currently relying on the support of many who are from outside of our church. All of our staff raise their own support, which is a large part of that fundraising. In addition, we've received funds that have helped us buy equipment, pay for heating oil, make improvements on our facility, and do outreach events. 

The people that give these dollars are MERCYhouse alumni, parents of students, friends and family members of staff, and all sorts of others who see the value of what we are doing in the lives of students and other young adults.
